Marko Obradović (1998) is a visual artist from Belgrade, Serbia. His practice includes painting, printmaking, installation and video. Obradović’s exploration centres on ephemeral qualities of identity and spirituality. His pieces function as scene studies that immerse his subjects in liminal scenarios, creating speculative narratives. Themes of abjection, trans-humanism and esotericism are at the centre of his practice. Marko graduated from the painting department at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. He has had various solo and group shows in the prior years, both local and international, some of which were at Eugster || Belgrade, Belgrade (2022), De Bouwput gallery, Amsterdam (2022), Kula Gallery, in collaboration with Voždovačka galerija, Belgrade (2022), and a most recent solo show at CEJLA, Brno in September 2023.
