There’re several new hotels in Belgrade that might be good to recommend.
Here is a selection of what we know about.
Works great in Belgrade, its a bit a search, but there is nice places for small budgets.
Mama Shelter

Great location in the pedestrian zone beside Kalamegdan fortress, though above a shopping mall.
Young and hip, with a great rooftop terrace and big breakfast buffet.
Square 9

5 star hotel with a great lobby inclusive cocktail bar.
Probably the best hotel in town.
Smokvica B&B
$$
Smokvica is a small local chain of restaurants with good food.
Two locations offer some homie rooms.
B&B Jovanova is more central and B&B Molerova is 1.5km outside center.
Hilton Belgrade
$$+
Opened 2019, Hilton standard, nice rooftop terrace and spa.
The old dignified historic one:
Hotel Moskva

Old and loaded with gold plated decorations and old spring cushioned furniture.
Some of the rooms have a great view towards the Sava and some places are duplex rooms with heavy 5m curtains…
Good breakfast and famous for its pastry.
Since the renovation 2016 it has spa.

Boutique Hotel Museum

Opened 2019 and is a slightly cheesy hotel with international business hotel standards.

Cheap design, low price, good breakfast.
Ask for good rooms or for the small apartment.

A bit newer than Boutique Rooms, and a bit less cheesy.
The breakfast not as good as in Boutique Rooms

Standard business hotel comfort.
